It is our opportunity to create a Vista we are proud of and brings us closer as a community. We can work together to create housing solutions for our region with environmental standards and sustainability as priorities, while balancing the needs of residents and future generations.  

 

• Utilize empty buildings to create affordable housing, enabling residents a path to home-ownership.

• Vista HERO HOUSING program will expand on successful affordable housing programs currently in Vista, giving our Local Hero’s affordable, sustainable housing.

• HERO HOUSING program will allow teachers, firefighters, police, military, veterans, and those serving in medical fields to afford housing through subsidized programs.
